Albion Terrace

Albion Terrace was Thomas Homes' first major city-centre scheme. The Grade II listed building was previously owned by the Local Authority and had fallen into a state of disrepair. It was Thomas Homes who conceived and implemented the imaginative restoration scheme, which preserved the integrity of the building whilst providing modern living accommodation.

Today Albion Terrace remains one of the most attractive and popular developments in central Reading.
